Google announced a new feature to help “manage what people see” when you’re searched for on Google. This new feature, called Me on the Web is really nothing more than Google Alerts in disguise. As been widely reported, Google introduced a new feature called Instant Previews.  In a nutshell, Google Preview is being dubbed as the next step in the evolution of speeding up search (after Google Instant). Organic results appear unchanged. PPC ads will very likely have more impressions by Google’s own primary data and definition of impression. How will search marketers really be affected by Google Instant?
